Annual Loaves and Fish Dinner

We have only two hours from start to finish to produce a good meal FROM SCRATCH!

This means peeling potatoes, boiling them, mixing them to produce tasty mashed potatoes, swiss steak, corn, salad and apple crisp for dessert. There are typically twice the amount of people we have at a lodge meeting. It is a good thing that Earl is an experienced Kitchen General. (This is in keeping with the idea that we would be serving veterans and their families.)
